In line with upkeeping the beauty of this serene YTL Luxury Resort,
Annual maintenance work and upgrades are scheduled for the winter months.
Tanjong Jara Resort will be closed from 1st November 2016 and reopen on 16th December 2016.
and the resort will continue to implement this winter closure annually on these dates.

A special cancellation policy will be applied as follows.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior arrival dates will charge 50% of total amount.
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior arrival dates or no-show
will charge 100% of total amount.

14 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN DATE:50% OF TOTAL AMOUNT CANCELED PLUS TAX WILL BE CHARGED.
THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE RECKONED FROM MIDNIGHT LOCAL TIME.
