Shuzenji Onsen, the oldest hot-spring in Izu, is located in the center of Izu Peninsula and is said to have been discovered 1200 years ago by the famous Kobo-Daishi. Shuzenji Onsen is a popular hot-springs resort area, and an ideal base for sightseeing in Mount Fuji, Hakone and Izu. Our hotel is located on a hill in Shuzenji Onsen and offers a total of 15 guest rooms. Conveniently situated just a 5 min walk from the center of the hot-springs resort area. We have two hot springs, our 'Edo Furo' large bath which is steeped in the traditional atmosphere of the Edo era, and a chartered open-air bath which can be hired between 15:00pm and 18:00pm, free of charge. We're also proud of our traditional 'Kaiseki-ryori' Japanese meals, which are cooked with locally produced vegetables and fresh seafood caught in Numazu harbor. This hotel is recommended for guests looking for reasonable room rates, and a homelike, Japanese atmosphere.

Location / Directions

From Narita Airport, take the Narita Express or Airport Limousine Bus to Tokyo station. From Tokyo station, take the Tokaido Shinkansen Bullet Train and get off at JR Mishima station ( 1 hour ). Then transfer to the Izu-Hakone Railway and get off at Shuzenji station ( 40 min ). You can also take the Limited Express Train 'Odoriko' from Tokyo station to Shuzenji station. 7 min by taxi from Shuzenji station to hotel / From Nagoya, Osaka: Please take the Shinkansen Bullet Train to JR Mishima station, then transfer to Izu-Hakone Railway and get off at Shuzenji station ( 40 min ). 7 min by taxi from Shuzenji station to hotel    mapMap    by Hotel    by Rakuten
