Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee is based on the date(Japan Standard Time) when the changes and cancellation are accepted.

IF THE DATE OF YOUR CHANGE/CANCELLATION NOTICE FALLS WITHIN THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE CANCELLATION FEES.
On the Date of Arrival:IN CASE OF NO-SHOW, 100% OF FIRST NIGHT'S ROOM CHARGE PLUS TAX WILL BE CHARGED.
On the Date of Arrival:50% OF FIRST NIGHT'S ROOM CHARGE PLUS TAX WILL BE CHARGED.
THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE RECKONED FROM MIDNIGHT LOCAL TIME.
